During these sessions, you will learn the basics of the machine and its mobile app to ensure you can make the most of your time on the courts once you start renting it.

Options for rentals will be as follow:

Pickleball Ball Machine Rental Policies Availability and Scheduling

• Advance Reservations Required: All ball machine use must be reserved in advance to ensure proper court scheduling.
• Designated Court: The ball machine will be set up exclusively on Court 4 due to the volume of balls it holds, preventing interference with play on other courts.
• Daily Time Limits:
• Last Rental Time: 3:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
• Sunday Last Rental Time: 1:30 PM
• Hourly Rental Restrictions: Members may not book consecutive, back-to-back one-hour time slots on the same day.

Ball Machine Usage Rules

• Age Restriction: The ball machine may not be used by anyone under the age of 16.
• Safety and Responsibility: Users are responsible for operating the machine safely. Select speeds and drills appropriate to your skill level to prevent personal injury or damage to the machine and courts.
• Session Conclusion: End your session 5 minutes prior to your scheduled finish time to allow adequate time for cleanup and ball retrieval.
• Ball Accountability: All pickleballs must be returned to the ball machine. Do not remove any balls or leave any on the courts. Please retrieve any balls that go over the court fence.
• Reporting Damage: Immediately report any damage or operational issues with the ball machine to the office staff.
• Overtime Charge: Any use extending beyond the allotted one-hour time slot will incur a $20 charge, even for members with an annual unlimited-use membership.

Guest Policy for Members: Members bringing a guest to use the machine with them must ensure the guest checks in at the office and pays the applicable court fee.
